Galileo is an artificial intelligence, not a human psychic. His readings are written and spoken by AI.

Readings are for entertainment and reflection only. They are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or any other professional advice, and they can't predict the future. Please don't make important decisions based on them alone.

Cards are drawn by a random shuffle on our server. Galileo never picks them. What he says about the cards is written by AI and can be wrong.

You must be 18 or older to use Ask Galileo or call the line.

Galileo is not a crisis service. If you're thinking about hurting yourself or you're in danger, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US), or call 911.

Each phone number gets its first 3 minutes free, once. After that, calls cost $1.99 a minute, counted by the second, from minutes you buy ahead of time at askgalileo.live/call. Minutes stay on the phone number you bought them for until you use them.

Sometimes we run free promotions, like free readings for the first few callers of the day. Those are limited, and each phone number gets one.

However many minutes you buy, Galileo won't spend more than $40 of them in a day or $100 in a week from one phone number. When you reach that, he says goodnight and asks you to call another day. Your remaining minutes stay on your number.

Website readings are one-time purchases at the price shown before you pay. Some readings include follow-up questions, as described on each reading.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a reading or call fails because of a problem on our end, email hey@jennasys.pro and we'll make it right.

Please don't abuse the service, try to break it, harass Galileo, or use it for anything illegal. We can end calls or block numbers that do.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
