Your account details, like email and name, if you make an account.

What you ask Galileo and what he says back, so your readings are saved for you.

Birth details, if you share them, so he can read your chart.

On the phone line: your phone number, how long you talked, the cards drawn, and a written transcript and summary of the call. We don't keep audio recordings.

Photos you upload for palm or aura readings, used to give that reading.

Basic visit counts, and advertising pixels from TikTok and Reddit that tell us whether our ads work.

To give you readings, save them for you, run the phone line and your minutes, process payments, keep people safe (for example, noticing when a caller may be in crisis), and make Galileo better.

Anthropic (the AI that writes readings), ElevenLabs (Galileo's voice), Twilio (the phone line), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), and Resend (email). They process information only to provide their service to us.

Stripe processes all payments. Card numbers entered on the website or on your phone keypad go to Stripe, never to us.

We don't send text messages right now. If we add them, we'll only text people who ask for it, and you can reply STOP at any time. We never sell or share phone numbers for marketing.

We keep readings and call transcripts to run and improve the service. Ask and we'll delete yours.

Ask Galileo is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
